Jesus Christ and the Bible and presented in an atmosphere of challenge, growth, and fun. Young Timers meets for two hours of activities especially designed to provide students with an exciting experience each visit. We hang out, play all sorts of unusual games, eat snacks, sing songs, and have a Bible lesson.
Our Bible time emphasizes how awesome God is, that we all will answer to Him one day (either as His friend and child, or as His enemy - there is no middle ground), and what it means to live for him daily. Special programs are scattered throughout the year, including a weekend retreat each January to Camp Iroquoina in the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania. Parents are always welcome to visit and observe.
The group provides a healthy social atmosphere and a variety of activities including retreats, special trips, and informal get-togethers. Bible studies examine the values and issues that give direction in life.
In an atmosphere of Christian fellowship and friendship, the mission of the Cedarcroft Front Line Youth Group (FLYG) is to reach out to High School-aged teens by: sharing the gospel with them and their friends encouraging their increased commitment and devotion to Jesus, including baptism and chapel involvement training and equipping them to live in the world, yet remain separate from sin, in order to help them transition to a productive adult Christian life within the church and within college or their chosen vocation.

As F.L.Y.G 2 has grown we have changed our location of meeting to be at the home of Josh Hermes. We meet there from 8:00 pm - 10:00pm. We organize a small devotional that covers topics that are related to high school kids. As Stephen and I have recently (in the past 6 years) graduated from high school we are familiar with the struggles of a high school students. We also organized many group games such as fishbowl, ghost in the graveyard, telephone pictionary, ping pong, and many more. We also have themed nights such as movie night, lockins, video game night, IDK night, Halloween night, and others. One of our many goals for this youth group is to dive into service and perform services for others such as raking leaves, setting up and cleaning up after church events.
